SPS Insights was founded to bring practical project controls expertise to UK rail, water and energy programmes — the kind that comes from working inside delivery teams.
Our approach
Infrastructure programmes succeed or struggle on the strength of their planning and controls. We work within client and consultant-side teams to build programmes that are realistic, transparent and defensible — not just compliant on paper.
We start from how the work will actually be delivered: constraints, interfaces and risk. Then we build the schedule, reporting and governance around it, so the plan stays useful throughout delivery instead of being filed away after mobilisation.
